Do I really have to floss every day? I mean - what's the big deal?

Our hygienist has a saying - "only floss the teeth you want to keep". And while that sounds funny, it's actually true. Flossing is the only way to completely remove accumulated plaque between the teeth. If it's not removed, it inevitably leads to decay and periodontal disease.
